SAFEGUARDING REPORT FORM

This is a form to report any concerns regarding the safeguarding of children and young people at Village Church South Belfast.

If the suspicions implicate more than one person of the safeguarding team, then the report should be made in the first instance to the safeguarding specialist organisation- thirtyone:eight. Alternatively, contact SocialServices or the police.

Are you reporting your own concerns or responding to concerns raised by someone else?

Thank you for submitting your concern.

From here, your concern will be passed on to the Safeguarding Lead Tim Anderson. He will reach out to ask any further questions. The role of the safeguarding team is to collate and clarify the precise details of the allegation, suspicion or concern and pass this information on to the appropriate persons which could include, where appropriate, statutory agencies who have a legal duty to investigate or pastoral (prayer, practical support) input only. Please read our children's safeguarding policy on our website for more information.

In the event of an emergency, call the police in the first instance.
